How to Install portreserve software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

portreserve software package provides Port reservation program, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install portreserve

portreserve is installed in your system.

Make ensure the portreserve package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep portreserve *

You will get with portreserve package name, version, architecture and description in a table
